Mighty Quinn has left the building

Quinn has been discharged from the hospital as of yesterday and is at home with mom and dad. He is in great health and is doing everything a 1 month old baby should be doing.

Steph or I will add more pictures as soon as we unpack our things from the long hospital stay. At the end of January will be a homecoming celebration/social at my fathers church in Mystic CT. Quinn will be the host. To those of you who stuck with us through it all, I will never be able to fully explain what your support has meant to me personally. I can never repay you.
To answer the question. Yes, I have changed Quinn's diaper many a time. And pretty good at it I might add.

The celebration will be at the First United Methodist Church at 23 Willow Street in Mystic, CT on Saturday the 27th at 1 P.M. This will be "pot luck" so please bring something to share.
Please come and help us celebrate the miracle of Quinn's recovery and the strength his parents have shown. This will be a celebration of life, love, and faith.
As a reminder, use discrection if you have a communicable sickness or have been recently exposed to one. Don't want to keep ANYONE away, but would hate to see Quinn get ill so soon after his first venture into the world outside the hospital environment.
To our friends in France: Kathleen, you see the power of prayer. You and your parents are special to support Quinn from so far away. We will be thinking of you on that Saturday and will give Quinn a kiss from you.
Hope to see as many of you as can possibly make it to the celebration for THE MIGHTY QUINN!!

My heart is so full.... I could not love this baby more if he were my own grandson. I am so incredibly happy for all of you - all the Pantalones and Marshalls and the entire circle of loving friends and family. Please tell Quinn that a couple of those slobbery kisses you plant on those chubby cheeks are from Mary's Grandma, okay? I love you all. Joanne (p.s. Dan - way to go! Have you learned the "hold your nose" trick yet?!?)

I am so thankful that your FAMILY can be at home together at long last. It must be wonderful to be at home. Steph, I often thought of how difficult it was for you to leave home thinking you would be returning in a few days with your baby, and then to be away for so very long.

I hope you can enjoy some quiet time to yourselves now. Surely you are all in need of quiet, sleep and togetherness. My thoughts, love and prayers are with all three of you.

What a wonderful day in your life bringing Quinn home. Now he can experience all the love, fun, family, and football games the way it's supposed to be. P.S.- A little dissappointed about the Pats winning yesterday, but knowing Quinn's 1st game at home was a winner makes it all the better!
